Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. The whole process may take from 10 days to 14 days to be completed.
The product must be in the same condition and undamaged in any way with the ticket attached as received and customers are only eligible for exchange process and one Refund process per order.
If the product is damaged in any way, or the ticket has been removed or you have initiated the return after 10 days have passed since the date of purchase, you will not be eligible for a Refund or an Exchange.
In the meantime, exchanges and refunds are not available for free for International orders.
